Location is a big point of discussion while searching for a home to move into. Luxury living does not mean residing in an isolated space with poor or no commuter services. A working professional will always want a place that will reduce their travel time to reach their workplace. However, most of the lavish living properties in Dubai do not have easy transportation services. What is the point of calling it a luxury residency when it is all set to make it harder for people to travel daily?
But we didn’t say that all of them are the same. There is an exception to it, making it stand out from other properties. Come along with us and get some facts checked about the transportation system of the flats constructed over Island B of Dubai Islands.
Brief of Dubai Island Community
One of the many artificial islands in Dubai is called Dubai Island. When finished, this location will feature luxury and eco-friendly hotels, wellness resorts, and the well-known shopping district, Souk Al Marfa. The developers want to make public parks and beaches longer.
The region is directly reachable by road and sea from the mainland. A highly connected network of marina promenades and roads for walking, bicycling, and water and road transportation will be available to visitors.
Parking and Transportation on Dubai Island
Dubai Islands, like all of the developer’s other megaprojects, features thoughtfully designed parking lots, walkways, entertainment venues, and road infrastructure. Residents can access the Deira district, which is situated on the opposite side of the coastline, via a 600-meter, 12-lane bridge. The development is conveniently reachable by road and waterways thanks to three road bridges that span the Water Canal.
Recently, the Nakheel properties and the Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) have agreed to the construction of a new bridge to eliminate the gap between Bur Dubai and Dubai Island. The Port Rashid Development Project and the Infinity Bridge will be connected by a bridge that spans the Creek, and the project will feature direct entry and exit points on the Bur Dubai side. This 1,425-meter-long bridge has four lanes in each direction, allowing for a combined 16,000 vehicles per hour capacity in both directions.
